C.R. Scannell is a writer, illustrator and comic artist, currently based in Boston with her three cats. She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Film/Animation/Video and is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing through the Harvard Extension School. She volunteers with Massachusetts Indie Comic Expo (MICE) as their Featured Guest Coordinator and Comic Arts Maine Portland (CAMP) as their Special Guests Coordinator, helping support the New England comics community. When she’s not making art, she enjoys hiking, horror movies, and playing D&D with friends.
